By submitting for image of the week, you agree to allow PhotographingSpace.com to use the image and photographer’s name, details, and likeness for online marketing promotion in the form of social media, web posts, email, online video, or otherwise.
PhotographingSpace.com will NOT sell or use the submitted image for any direct revenue generation purposes without further licensing.
Image rights retain with the owner of the image.
The submitter guarantees the image rights belong to them. The submitting party is liable for any possible current or future copyright violation.
