Description

This is a monochrome, false-coloured Hydrogen Alpha image of solar activity, namely Sunspot 2738.

This was captured on 13th April at 10:24 BST 2019 from my backyard in the UK.

Equipment used:

Sky-watcher 120mm Evostar Achro
Daystar Quark Chromosphere
Point Grey Blackfly mono CMOS

Exposures:

1 x 30 AVI
70% of the best frames stacked in Autostakkert!3
Deconvolution in IMPPG
Photoshop for levels, sharpening and colour
